Preeti Vangani is a member of the Writers Grotto and the author of the poetry collection Mother Tongue Apologize, published by RLFPA Editions in 2019. Her poems have appeared in Gulf Coast, The Threepenny Review, and The Margins, among other publications. Her debut short story, “Work Wives,” won the 2022 PEN/Robert J. Dau Short Story Prize for Emerging Writers. She currently teaches at the University of San Francisco.
