Rabih Alameddine is the author of the novels The Wrong End of the Telescope; The Angel of History; An Unnecessary Woman; I, the Divine; Koolaids; and The Hakawati and the story collection The Perv. He won the John Dos Passos Prize for Literature in 2019, a Lannan Literary Award for Fiction in 2021, and the PEN/Faulkner Award for Fiction in 2022. He divides his time between his bedroom and his living room.
