Kimi Eisele is a writer, multidisciplinary artist, and author of The Lightest Object In The Universe, a novel. Her writing has also appeared in Guernica, Longreads, Orion Magazine, High Country News, and elsewhere. She lives in Tucson and works for the Southwest Folklife Alliance, editing BorderLore, an online journal of culture and heritage in the US-Mexico borderlands.
