How do I log into my account for the first time?

Go to altaonline.com/sign-in and follow the instructions on the page. If you have never previously signed in to your account, enter the email you used to buy your subscription and you will be prompted to create a password to sign in.

I just subscribed. When will my first issue arrive?

You will receive your first issue within two to three weeks from the day you place your order. New issues come out quarterly—in early January, April, July, and October.

Will my gift subscription auto-renew each year?

Yes, you will be notified that your gift subscription will renew 30 days prior to the auto-renewal and you can cancel your gift anytime by logging into your account.
