David Kinch is the owner and chef of the Michelin Three-Star restaurant Manresa in Los Gatos, as well as Manresa Bread, The Bywater, and Mentone. He’s also the author of Manresa: An Edible Reflection. A longtime resident of Santa Cruz, he travels and surfs as much as he can.
