Taylor Byas

Taylor Byas is a critic, poet, and the author of I Done Clicked My Heels Three Times, which won the 2023 Maya Angelou Book Award and was named a 2024 Honor Book for Best Poetry by the Black Caucus of the American Library Association. Her second poetry collection, Resting Bitch Face, is forthcoming in 2025.
