280 Project and Alta Journal contributor Sydney Love come together for an afternoon celebrating Love’s recent story in our latest issue. Founded in 2019, the 280 Project has served as a bridge to close the gap between the people who work the vineyards and those who profit from them. Love shares the story of Christopher Renfro, co-founder of the 280 Project, and his journey to increase equity and diversity within the wine industry. Hosted by Oakland wine shop Minimo Wine, guests 21 and older will be able to enjoy a flight of three wines by BIPOC winemakers for $15. Proceeds from Alta magazines sold will go toward the 280 Project. We hope to see you there!•
