Literature enthusiasts—assemble! Alta Journal is partnering with San Francisco’s legendary City Lights Bookstore to celebrate the release of Issue 25. This exciting new issue features a cover package dedicated to writers and writing in the West as well as a pullout holiday book guide of 126 titles by Alta contributors. Join Alta editors, writers, and readers as we mingle over good wine and great works.
Headlining the festivities will be Alta books editor and Thirteen Question Method author David L. Ulin, California Book Club editor and Chimerica author Anita Felicelli, and Alta contributor and Off: The Day the Internet Died author Chris Colin. Each will read from their work and engage in a lively Q&A session at this party honoring literature in one of the most beloved literary settings in California.
