ADVENTUROUS EATERS

I loved Gustavo Arellano’s article on Musso & Frank’s jellied beef consommé! I’m excited to try it on my next visit.

I have to say, I was surprised at the lack of curiosity and adventurousness of Gustavo’s fellow diners when he ordered the consommé on his first visit. Isn’t it a close cousin to the current trend of beef bone broth, just in a different form?
