Do you remember Mouseketeer Dennis Day? An original member of Disney’s breakout television show The Mickey Mouse Club, Day went missing in Oregon in 2018. His body was found nine months later. Alta Journal contributor Ruby McConnell exhaustively researched Day’s fleeting brush with fame and the many struggles that followed. She joins us to examine how Day’s story, which took a very different turn from those of fellow Mouseketeers like Annette Funicello and Ryan Gosling, offers an important and fascinating look at the life of a former child star—cut short by his mysterious death.
