Lemon Grove—a small town that has distinguished itself through civic art—is the perfect SoCal mural-hopping destination. Vibrant, beautiful paintings featuring nymphlike faces and colorful flowers cover the building exteriors in one alley; mere blocks away, the Lemon Grove History Mural spans five panels on the wall of the town’s historic general store. Even a nearby highway underpass has been decorated with paintings of indigenous flora and fauna.
