We’re excited to celebrate Issue 26 of Alta Journal, a special one devoted to all things Baja, Mexico, with our friends at North Figueroa Bookshop in Los Angeles. To kick off this jam-packed issue, we’ve invited Alta contributors Gustavo Arellano (half of our Ask a Californian team and the writer of “Tijuana’s Beloved Market”), Monica Corcoran Harel (“Becoming a Modern Elder”), and Bill Esparza (“Is Wine Country Too Popular?”) to read from their work and mingle with the crowd.
